VERBAL SEIZURES

These works were realized hours, sometimes moments, after having a seizure. The slow transition to consciousness is often plagued with gross motor interruption. During this time, I attempt writing and drawing to pull my motor skills back into focus. Incorporated in the larger works are torn strips of the experimental writings and drawings, representing the “broken-record” auditory experience of an episode.
